I used to go here growing up. The first time I set foot into the club was back in 2008.
My brother and I were too poor to afford the memebership, but the director at the time found a way for us to afford it; and I could honestly say it was a real blessing.
The club was a safe place for high schoolers like me to go after school, while our parents worked late. High school is a real confusing time, and most of my school mates were getting into trouble with drugs, sex, and other things.
But thanks to the club I could go hangout and watch a movie with people my age. Play basketball. Play pool, or just talk with the people who worked there.
