A strong 4 star. Lots of parking, busy on weekends, easy-going weekdays. Park, petting zoo and activities area and running jogging and bike trail all within reach. Bike path has bear river bed has interval stopping benches, jog run path is lower end with dirt trail and park also has water games and water activities for kids, seems to be open and free for all. Weekends are busy, so be prepared. Overall, the site is clean and well lit and close to shops and restaurants. I recommend biking and jogs and great for...
