We had an incredible experience with S & B Sports Collection. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm, knowledgeable service. The staff truly knows their stuff — whether you’re a seasoned collector or just starting out, they go above and beyond to help you find exactly what you’re looking for.

The selection is phenomenal. They carry everything from signed jerseys and baseballs to rare trading cards and vintage sports gear. You can tell they take pride in the authenticity and quality of their items. They even have certificates of authenticity on their signed pieces, which gave us total peace of mind.

What really stood out was how personal the experience felt. They didn’t just try to make a sale — they shared stories behind some of the memorabilia and took the time to learn what teams and players are special to us. We ended up finding a signed item that was absolutely perfect for our collection (and for a great price, too).

We purchased an autograph op for our son with Brandon Graham at the Montgomery Mall store. Was told to it didn’t matter what your ticket was for everyone has to stand in the line. Started at 1pm, got there a little before 11am. We stood in line for 5 and 1/2 hours(absolutely ridiculous). A little before 1pm anyone with a photo op ticket went to a different line. There was absolutely NO communication from the workers to the customers standing in line. We found out photo op tickets go first and then if those people have an autograph ticket they get that as well. While everyone else has to wait until that is done. So ALOT of the people got to cut the line. What is the point of the line?? This was an absolute diz. Staff was not Friendly, didn’t communicate with customers. And when you comment on their social media posts they delete the comments. Truth must hurt. We will NEVER shop this store or participate any events they have in the future. If I could give 0...

We are very disappointed with how the meet and greet event with BG was handled. Like so many others, I was really looking forward to it, but it felt unorganized and didn’t meet expectations. We got there early and noticed that they were letting in people who paid for photo ops and Milton's signature first, even those who were at the back of the line. Workers were walking back and forth, but nobody communicated anything to us or the rest of the fans in line. Many fans who had paid for photo ops were left confused and stuck at the back due to how disorganized and chaotic it got when the other line started moving. We waited for hours with no clear communication.
