Rally House North Wales — Local services in Montgomery Township

I had a very unpleasant experience at my local Rally House on May 13, 2025. I returned several small items received as gifts, along with the gift receipt. I told the cashier that I intended to use the refund to purchase a Phillies shirt. The cashier gave me a slip with the refunded amount, which I believed I could use to make a purchase. When I brought the slip to another cashier along with the shirt, I was told that the amount had been refunded to the original credit card. Even after explaining to a manager that I told the original cashier that I wanted to purchase an item with the refund, she told me that nothing could be done. My wife and I now face the embarrassment of contacting the gifter to explain why her credit card has been credited. I called customer service, and I was offered a 25% off coupon and free shipping. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and I was told that I would receive a return call. Well, it is more than 24 hours later, and still no phone call from a supervisor. We were looking for specific Eagles Jersey in Kelly Green for my grandson who was with us. We went into Rally House in Montgomeryville and was extremely impressed with the amount of merchandise in the store. The specific jersey that my grandson JoJo wanted was not in stock at the store. We were helped by Ethan who could not do enough for us and my grandson. Ethan checked to see if that eagle’s jersey was available in some other store. He found out that it was available in the Collegeville store and called them to make sure that they had it. He asked us if we wanted to go to the Collegeville store to pick it up or he would be more than happy to help us order it and have it shipped to my home. My grandson was a little tired and didn’t want to take the trip to another store so we opted to have it shipped to my home. Ethan ordered the shirt for us and had it shipped to our home. Horrible customer service! I have been to several different Rally House locations throughout the area and this one is by far the most unprofessional and unpleasant store of them all! I walked in the store to see a collection of employees crowding the main walkway talking obnoxiously, when I arrived no one looked up to greet my family and I or even acknowledge us as customers. As we browsed the store employees were cursing loudly enough for my two small children to hear, and the worst of it all- a older woman who I could only assume to be the manager was the most obnoxious and crude one of them all. When we went up to pay the employees made us feel as a burden for interupting their conversation.
