Hello, If you are hunting for a great computer service group. call Nerds to Go. These gentlemen (guys) are helpful and know what is going on. I had a terrible hack into my desktop computer. I am lucky enough to have them close by. It is about 2 miles. So Adam came to pick up the tower, Yes it is an old configuration and old computer. First Adam did a little bit of noodling around to get information of the computer's configuration and how to deal with it . In a few minutes he had all he needed and unplugged the monitor and got the tower un plugged from any accessories and off he went. They kept the computer overnight. Brought back the tower late the next day to this happy and pleased customer. They are close enough I stop in to tell them how great they are. I think you will have exactly the same service as I have had. And they charge reasonable fees.

I brought my computer in because it had a software not found screen on it one morning. After some investigating, they found that my hard drive crashed, sent the hard drive away to try to have the information recovered, but neither they nor the company could recover it. I wasn’t charged for anything. They installed a new hard drive at what I thought was a very reasonable price, but once I got the computer home, it kept freezing, and then eventually just would not turn on. I brought it back in and they looked into it and found that there was an issue with the motherboard. Due to the computer being so new(16 months), they informed me it was difficult to get parts for it. They weren’t sure if they caused the damage or the damage was caused by the crash, but regardless they took care of it and worked out something and was able to get me a new computer...

Amazing customer service and very quick with the work I had them complete even though I told them no rush! They picked my computer up on a Sunday and had it back to me on early Wednesday evening! They thoroughly explained what they were going to do and when it was dropped off to me at my house they explained everything they did and how to operate my new system. The pricing was upfront and no change in price when the job was completed. What I can say about this company is that they are really convenient by coming to wherever you ask them to pick up your equipment, their customer service / personable attitude and their thorough work. I was initially trying to use a local company that I was aware of but I was having issues contacting them, a friend recommended Nerds to Go and I’m extremely happy I went with them!
