Krak Boba — Attraction in Moreno Valley

Went ahead and came through for this Krak Boba's grand opening! The one off of Chicago and University in Riverside is my normal stomping ground- but I had to come through to see if the quality and amazing vibes were consistent with this location. Spoiler alert, they absolutely are.

While location is a bit smaller and on a busy street's corner with less parking, it's definitely worth it. They have the same drink and boba wares as the other locations. It's good to know that Moreno Valley will also know the dutiful bounds that Krak Boba's staff and their drinks will add to the scene over here.

If you can't see it from the street, it's in the same parking lot as Quick Quack Car Wash and a Flame Broiler, just in case you miss it. I'm in this neck of the woods quite often these days, so I will definitely be stopping in for more drinks. Keep it cool, keep...

I'm so happy they opened a Krak Boba in MoVal! I've been frequenting the Riverside location and Krak happens to be my favorite boba spot in town. This location is now closer to me.

It was a busy Monday afternoon during their soft opening but the 3 ladies working were killing it. Great customer service. They got the drinks down spot on to what I'm used to and although it was a little of a wait it was worth it. I'm understanding to them getting used to the pace and procedures of the store at this time. Very happy to get their BOGO promo going on. I'll be a returning...

Terrible customer service. Myself and a guest went the other day. I did not like the drink that I ordered and asked if I could switch it for a drink of equal value. The girls behind the counter gave me attitude and told me that they couldn’t and do not do that here. I’ve never heard of that policy, especially towards a new customer to any place. They eventually “exchanged” my drink and charged me for it. I will not be returning nor going to any other locations.
