Not sure what happened to this place tonight. We were seated right away and given menus to look at while we waited for our server. However it took 20 minutes for our server to arrive. The lady bussing tables was kind and gave us chips and salsa to hold us over however it was not until the second basket that the server came to take our order. We ordered our food but sat without water or any additional salsa or chips. Food eventually came out, but there were no utensils nor did we get any set of tortillas with our food. We asked and they brought us utensils but waited on our tortillas. We got one pack of rolled tortillas, only 3 were in the pack and we ordered the Molcajete which contains a lot of meat to share. We requested for more tortillas when they brought the first pack, they didn't bring them. We asked 3 times to 3 different staff members. No one else brought us tortillas, our food got cold and to top it all off we were out of our drinks and no one attended to take our order for more drinks. In the end we complained to the another staff member and asked why we were not being attended or assisted and where did the tortillas go cause now the food is cold and we have no tortillas. Instead of bringing the tortillas for us, they brought us the check with the tortillas removed and a discount....not what we wanted. We asked for a box to go as this was upsetting and we paid for our meal. We waited 15 minutes after they dropped off our receipt, no to go box was given on the drop off. They must have felt our level of how upset we were because the server went from being a server named Sandra to another server. We ended up leaving upset and grabbed some McDonald's on the way home. The whole experience was upsetting and I will not be returning. I used to praise this place to friends and family and people of Facebook groups, but after today I am...
ย ย ย Read moreHonestly, I would have given this place 5 stars if I didnโt have a horrible experience after my transaction updated on my bank to see I was charged more than what I agreed to for a tip. It was my first time here at this location, came for Sunday brunch, everything was great, but a few days later, the transaction updated and it was not what I signed the receipt to be my total. I called and spoke to a male manager, I forgot his name, but he looked for my transaction, told me I was right and would issue me a refund but I had to come in person because his system was not allowing him to do it manually over the phone. I couldnโt come that evening so I agreed to come in the morning when the female manager was there, and she was so rude. She treated me like a liar, was very snappy and short with me, even stating she didnโt have time to take care of my issue and she showed me a receipt said it was mine from that Sunday with a whole different penmanship than my own. I told her I specifically remember what I wrote and I even filled in the total after the tip and the receipt she was showing me a picture of did not have a total filled in, she kept telling me that โthis is my receipt so thatโs what I put.โ Even though I even asked for her to review the cameras and she just was brushing me off. To me, it was never about the money, itโs about the principle. How many ppl has this happened to and they didnโt notice? And to treat me like Iโm lying and be so dismissive towards me and say the complete opposite of what the first manager told me, it just left me so confused about how this place is ran. I definitely will not be back after...

Our waitress was great, so attentive.
The hostess who seated me seemed like she would rather be anywhere else other than where she was. She was like a deer stuck in headlights. Maybe it was her first day that would explain it.
The place is huge, so acoustics were boomy, echoey, and bright. Which made it a little hard to hear my date sitting just across the table from me, but it was doable.
Atmosphere would gotten 4 stars, but towards the end of our dinner, our ears were bombarded and blasted by the horrifying sound of a football referee's game whistle, tin cans slapping, and 5-6 workers clapping while marching all the way from the kitchen to the table behind us and singing the HAPPY BIRTHDAY song!
We were literally frozen, our conversation put on hold. We were completely incapacitated and forced to wait until the singing and noise stopped.
Then just when we thought it was safe to resume talking and getting to know each other, that's screeching hellish referee's whistle started to assault my ears again I literally had to put my fingers in my ears because the piercing sound actually hurt it was so loud.
The birthday gang was migrating from the first table to another table on the other side of us, and they completed the entire birthday song there as well.
Unfortunately, although the food was excellent, and the service was great from our waitress, I'm pretty sure I won't go back because I don't think .y eardrums could survive another struggle with a referee's whistle inside that boomy, echoey...
