Hobby Lobby — Attraction in Mount Airy

My husband and I went here this afternoon at the request of the woman making our wedding arrangements. We picked up everything she’d asked which came to about $100 in fake flowers. We then brought them back to her. She was in shock that it had costed us so much but she was with a client so we left the bag. In 30 minutes she called back saying she tried everything she could to use the filler flowers we’d purchased but they were basically useless and that she had kindly put all the flowers back in the bag and stapled the tags from all flowers back to the receipt. She told us to return them because their receipt and online return policy states that anything with a receipt can be returned within 90 days with the exception of sowing machines and a few other brands which have to be in the condition purchased. I was devastated, I’ve been working tirelessly after having to reschedule our wedding due to Covid. My husband was kind enough to return the flowers for me. Only when he got there they wouldn’t take them or do a return or store credit. Now we’re out $100 for our wedding next month and have flowers that are basically trash. This was my first and last time in this location. If you’re not going to hold up on your return policy at least change it so it states the correct...

Her name was Kayla. I asked if there were other Kayla's in the store but she said no. I wanted to make sure that she received the good review she deserved. I had several items I could not find and she was so good to help me find everything I needed. She was sweet to help me and very attentive to my needs. To let her know who I am. I was the one looking for the Handkerchiefs. She needs to get a raise! It is employees like her that make folks want to come to your store.

Your store was very nice, clean and stocked well. My register gal was nice as well. She was Leah R. You can give her a pat on the back as well.

Hobby Lobby 100 Mayberry Mall, Mount...

I love Hobby Lobby ! The employees and for the most part, the managers there are very helpful and courteous to my wife and I each time we go in the store. Believe me that's quite often ! They have a great selection of craft and hobby items to choose from, as well as the tools you'll need to complete your project whatever it happens to be. So just shop to your hearts content. The only reason I can't rate them ( Hobby Lobby) higher, is because some of their pricing is too high in my opinion and their artist brushes need to have a better line of products available to customers that demand more from their tools.
