Interesting experience with this place. My sister and I inherited a very nice lot of antique and vintage jewelry. The jeweler REFUSED to authenticate the diamonds UNLESS an appraisal was paid for. UNLESS, we had a prior appraisal from them and/or it was bought from them.

There is a "TOOL" that can be bought on Amazon to authenticate a REAL DIAMOND from a CZ for under $20!

And it's been used for AT LEAST 25 years in the jewelry industry! I saw them used when I got married in 1994! Lol. So let's make it 30, give or take!

This company didn't even give the estate the COURTESY of authenticating jewelry WITHOUT attaching a price tag!

However, I will give them THEIR PRICE TAG. They LOST MY business as a consumer who would have liked to have some pieces converted to something else! Like screw on Diamond studs into piercings.

Hey, if you don't want to tell me or our estate that the half carat Diamond earrings are worth a conversion into a piercing, than I WILL NOT give you my business!

It cost me less than $20 to realize that you're GREEDY. I bought the Diamond finder on Amazon. I suggest anyone who reads this...

I am far from a jewelry efficienado, im a mechanic and structural designer so my artistic side lacks. I had already purchased an engagement ring elsewhere but was really unhappy with my prior purchased wedding band. I came in, everyone was joyful and ready to help. I had a imagery of what shape i wanted and some requests from the fiance. Communication throughout deciding next steps was clear and concise the entire way through. Dans charisma and his teams investment was one of the best parts of my experience. I came in initially nervous and that quickly faded due to how expert and wholesome everyone is. He came in under my budget, not over like most places you get custom work done. Dans perception, insight and creativity were also immense throughout the process. I cannot thank these people enough for listening to my wants, providing expert creative support and finally creating the perfect wedding band to accent the engagement ring. I wish i came here first for the ring as well! I 100% recommend due to the respect they have for not selling themselves or yourself short during...

If I could give zero stars I would. Don't get custom jewelry here. They were given EXACT instructions on what I wanted, there was not any room for misinterpretation. Took months to fill an order, arrived incorrect and UGLY, nothing like what was asked. The finished work looked like a 1st year metalsmith did it. No self respecting artist would have let this go to the customer. Every person I showed it to agreed it was poor work.

Took order but was very unhappy about doing so, because neither of them could see the obvious flaws. I should have caused a scene and I regret I didn't. I didn't get it fixed here, because it arrived in such poor shape, I had no faith at that point I'd get any better if I sent it back for revision.

Wanted only cash at the price that was agreed, was charged a great deal more to use a card.
