Timber Cannabis Co. — Attraction in Mount Pleasant

So today all I went into timber where I always go to get flower first thing I wanna say when I walk into the room I was there to pick up an order and the employee Kate or Kat was doing something else not even bothering or talking to her and I noticed see looks at me weird and I say hey Kate like I’m not a regular customer I said I noticed you look at me wired and I was just looking at the other flower up for sale and looking at the names and another thing do your job and I wasn’t even looking at you or trying to talk to you until you were done with the other customer like wait on him and stop asking what I’m looking at I’m looking at the sales what and I’m not allowed to look at what you have in the store and another thing after my order pick up I noticed it’s not the same label can’t even print out a label so I can know then apart they both said death star and I hade Death Star and trophy wife and she I drive a whole 30 mins to get there then drive home just to see I have the same exact label put different I’m assuming it’s the same kind and not different because they both say the same label and I hade to drive Back just to get told it’s different flower just the same label and all I get is a sorry I drive a Total of 2 hours just to say it’s different bud just the same label and to Kate why can’t I look at the other buds I wasn’t even looking at you so do your job and don’t assume I’m looking at you I’m looking at the products in the...

Stopped in due to seeing a sale on weed maps for some shake oz(don't judge me lol), once in the store you shop thru an iPad with no visual of the product. once purchased and at my house i inspected my purchase and it is labeled as trim and has all the leaves and sticks to prove it. this is not shake(yes there is a major difference) and is false advertisement, this ad was not only on weed maps but in store as well ,printed and laminated in view. i then called immediately to talk to a manager about this discrepancy/ to return this product. however the manager was to busy to talk to me on the phone and altho i left my name and number with the lady, nobody ever contacted me back. while on the phone the lady was consistently gaslighting me, saying it says trim in the ad however i have screenshots i will post later to prove that is not what is advertised. this place dose not care about there customers and will pull a fast one on you every chance they can. there are plenty other options in the area i would recommend...

Very disappointed in the event held by timber 6/7/2025. I have been looking forward to this event in Mount pleasant for weeks. I asked in the store to the staff members what park this was going to be in, they checked with another staff member that told me it would be an Island Park. I did not want to miss this event I do not have a car so I was able to go on my mobility scooter down to Island Park., nothing I went downtown, nothing. I called timber dispensary they told me it was an Island Park, so I went back to Island Park, NOTHING... AT THIS POINT I'M VERY UPSET, the staff at timber dispensary don't even know where this event is taking place finally after 4 hours of going back and forth from downtown to Island Park and calling the dispensary three times, then I was finally told it was way out by the casino at Broadway Park... So with that said I missed the whole damn event, VERY BAD COMMUNICATION.. AND VERY...
