The regular at the counter is more friendly than the guy behind the counter. There was one couple in front of me looking at the menu and one group of boys all sitting down with the drinks and food already. Once it was my turn to order the guy said “it’s going to be awhile there are A LOT of orders in front of you” I said no big deal and waited….and waited…….and waited…. All while he’s running around like chicken with its head cut off making 2 crepes.He took my order looking very overwhelmed and annoyed at my audacity to order something at this establishment. Paid with cash and got an exasperated sigh. Sat down to wait for my drink (just a drink bc I knew better) he did not change his gloves between making orders. My 30 minute wait was up and my latte was lackluster. Burnt esspresso and too much syrup....

There was one couple on patio playing games, 2 single visitors-all who'd been there awhile. There was one group of 5 and myself. We ordered 2 cocktails and were told it would be 20+minutes because cuz they just got super busy(not really) and the guy had to make a bunch of crepes. But honestly, this is easily the best coffee shop in Mt. Pleasant. The staff and ownership are some of the most friendly people I've ever encountered, and the atmosphere is perfect for any occasion - grabbing coffee with a friend or a five hour long study grind.
