The facility itself had lots of potential. Several things were broken which was a downer and Laney at the front desk was not happy to be at work. We were greeted with a downer attitude, first thing she did was yell at the kids and made every interaction negative. I will say other staff present were much nicer The sandbox was "broken" and my 2 year old was corrected for putting a wooden excavator in the sand. Absolutely love this place! Clean and so much to do! Today was our first time visiting (7/25), we got there around 10:45 and I just want to say the 2 ladies working were amazing. They were engaging with all the visitors, explaining how to interact with the different stations, and cleaning/wiping things down through out our visit.
