Michaels — Attraction in Mountain View

The staff here make it this low of a rating because honestly they are unhelpful, rude, disrespectful and absolutely the worst customer service employees I have how to deal with in a long time and this is the main reason why I refused to return to this location I'd rather drive 30 mi on my way to a different location with more respectful helpful and courteous GROWN UP EMPLOYEES. I unfortunately had to locate an employee to use the bathroom and I courteously asked for the code and I was told no, I will meet you there instead and then after waiting for at least 20 minutes nobody bothered to come let me in the bathroom I then proceeded to locate another employee, apartment asking once again if I could please use the bathroom and I was told yes but you have to leave your bag out here. Confused I responded "my purse?" And was told yes you'r using it for shopping and I again replied that it is my purse and that I was not leaving it outside the bathroom and although I feel it's a complete invasion of privacy and no I was never asked to do so but it was implied so I open my bag to show that there's nothing inside not only am I pissed off but extremely embarrassed I feel so disrespected by every employee at the one location that I had contact with did I plan on bringing this to the attention of the BBB as well...

We recently hosted a bday party at Michaels in mountain view (shoreline)and we were extremely disappointed at their service. The lady assigned to us for the party was clueless and lacked experience. She didnt even help us set the cake and pizza for kids. Luckily, i had my friends who helped us set up the table. In addition, they didnt even change the dirty table cloth on which kids had done all the art work. I had to serve cake and pizza on that table itself. The lady kept saying "i have no idea" for everything that we asked. They didnt even give us hand gloves for serving pizza.

Extremely demeaning employee. We weren't sure where to look for an item, and saw what we thought were 2 employees talking near the checkout line. Turns out one was another customer, our mistake. After my softly saying "excuse me" twice over about 30s, the first turned around and said "can you just wait" after which the employee said "ya really, can't you see we are talking, scoffed, and turned around". We waited silently. After they were done, she turned asked what we needed. We asked where to find an item, and she said "oh my gosh, it wasn't even an emergency?"
