Apex Sim Racing — Attraction in Mountainside

So I waited till I got my R9 to do a review on either that or the formula wheel mod. As far as moza goes I gotta give them 8 out of 10 maybe 9 tbh. Price point and quality.

But you need a 3rd party buyer to get moza products. and for the he foreseeable Apex is for sure my go too. They’re on point with their shipping times. I couldn’t get the R9 on amazon to save my life. I can only imagine the CX reflects the same.

My only complaint is packaging. Let’s be real Amazon is the competition. And they sent me my original R3 bundle and my brake setup. They’re wasn’t room for anything move.

All boxes over 100 dollars bare minimum need packing paper to keep from bouncing around. Fortunately moza does pretty well. But i know that r9 box had 2 inches of banning around across the country. (I happen to load trailers for a living lol) My wheel mod is as sent in original packaging which ruins me keeping it. Not to mention we know ups drivers just be tossing shit lol. I’m a broke dude so I kinda like to keep the packaging of bigger or more meaningful purchases

FedEx for the win there. (Delivered the R9) But overall 100 percent would order over and over and will continue to do so. I need the Crp-2 next when I can afford them. And the circle wheel

There is no option for 6 stars here for customer service...too bad, as that's what Apex deserves. I contacted them because my existing button box from a competitor was malfunctioning and I needed to start looking for an alternative while I awaited a response from my product's vendor. I wanted to confirm that if I bought an Apex product, it would not have the somewhat common problem I was experiencing with my current box. Not only did I get a near-instantaneous response, Apex offered to help me order replacement parts to try to fix my existing product from their competitor.

The level of knowledge and helpfulness was unparalleled. Customer service unheard of in this century.

In the end, after some attempts, it was confirmed my old box was not going to recover. I am now the happy owner of a Downforce button box. It is superior quality and, although pricey, looks and feels like it will last. And if there are any issues, I eel 100% confident they will be resolved in the best possible manner by this amazing company.

I did have a Windows 10/USB connection issue after receiving my box and once again I got incredibly responsive and timely help from Apex...

This was my first button box purchase. I've been wanting one for a long time and I'm glad I bought from Apex. The box not only looks great. But, it is just what my sim rig needed (the Apex Button Box Vertical Mount). It was about 2 weeks between order placement and delivery, which was great in my opinion.

The buttons work great and feel nice when pushed. I love the three rotary dials. I use them for changing the black box, volume, etc... . The main reason I wanted this particular box was the brake bias. If you race a lot of short track asphalt events, you'll want a brake bias knob handy for when the car tightens up too much on corner entry. This does the trick. The ignition controls are great since they allow me to move that function away from my T300 wheel buttons.

The only complaint I have is that I wish I had purchased a box with more push buttons. That's easily corrected with another purchase though. The mounting holes on the rear are going to work well with the Vivo vesa mount that just arrived today. I'll be mounting this horizontally onto the shifter mount arm of my Obutton Ozone...
