I got color done by Elle. She left broad brush strokes on my forehead and temples. Even after hair wash, the color left big patchy stains on my forehead and temple. I was told that some skin absorbs more color. They had to rewash my hair which resulted in a lot of scrubbing and application of some spray and wipes on my forehead. I didnt like the overall experience. I expressed my feedback to management that I am not satisfied with the way the hair coloring was done and how all that scrubbing and alcohol wiped left me with extremely irritated skin. The owner came to talk but in her opinion, the color work looks good as it covered all my greys. She said that staining doesnt look bad( disregarding how much scrubbing of skin was involved leaving my skin burning). I had nothing left to say. I don't need to stay any longer at a place where customer’s concern is...

I’m super impressed with the level of excellence I experienced at this salon. I’m incredibly particular about my hair and was driving to Indy before but my stylist moved so I decided to try a new place closer to me and I was blown away by El and the entire staff. They listened to what I wanted and guided me to what I should do, provided complimentary drinks, and were super friendly to go above and beyond. They didn’t push products on me but thoroughly answered questions about anything I asked and I did purchase a few because I wanted to and I absolutely love what I got. Literally, such a gem of a place. They do children’s haircuts and men’s and waxing too! I won’t go anywhere else from now on. I love it here! The entire experience was a success. Upon entering Redhead, I was professionally greeted, introduced to the many products they promote, and asked if I'd like a drink. Before my first appointment, I met with Elizabeth to talk over my ultimate vision for my hair. I love how Elizabeth asked about my hair's history and she kindly explained each step it would take to get to my end goal. Never before had a hairdresser taken the time to learn my routine and been so up front with me. She answered all questions I had and I was confident she could get my hair to where I wanted it.

I just had my appointment today and I love it! She was wonderful throughout the whole process and my hair looks better/lighter than either of us expected this first time around! I would 100% recommend...
