I would first like to give a great big THANK YOU to Brandy Smith! Brandy and her assistant did an absolutely amazing job on my surgery. You both ROCK! 😉 I was so nervous & didn't know what to expect, especially since I did my consultation with Dr. Zemtsov. I want to thank Elizabeth the Radiation Therapist and Dr. Marvel. I want to thank Angel who assisted me from the very beginning of the entire process of me becoming a patient. I really appreciate the fact University Dermatology Center did not make me feel like they were all about collecting a dollar and getting paid! They really made me feel like they genuinely care about the well being of the patient! The entire staff was always so nice, welcoming, friendly, and helpful each time I called with a question or needed help with anything. I will definitely be recommending University Dermatology Center to anyone looking for keloid surgery/treatment especially since this procedure is not offered anywhere in the Cincinnati area. How they handle patients apparently doesn’t matter to them. I was nervous for a long time getting my tattoo removed and finally pulled the trigger. After having roughly 5 sessions and scheduling my 6th session they cancelled the day before saying their laser was reading an error and it needed fixed. They said they would call me as soon as it was fixed and I didn’t hear anything for a month so I called back and they said he should be in to fix it that week. Still heard nothing and waited another month to call and they said it was still down but had no updates. 5 months go by for me to call again to ask if it was working for them to place me on hold and tell me they no longer offer that service and hung up. I wasted probably 3-4 sessions waiting to continue and now I am so far behind my progress because they couldn’t call and inform me. I could’ve moved on and committed somewhere else if they could’ve at least said something to me. Pathetic service...

Went in to Muncie UDC office. Did not have Moh's surgery, Dr. Z thought he could just cut out the basil cell tumor . After getting billed for Moh's that did not happen. The front desk girl got mad at me because I told her that was not a Moh's procedure. They submitted the bill to my insurance as moh's. Had not met deductible for the year . So, they did waived the amount after talking with the girl but was blackballed for the future visit and cancelled out. Had to find this out from Krystal, the billing girl in the billing dept. called the office back later, talked with another girl and told her I wanted to talk to the nurse that was in the room with Dr. Z. Told me she would text her. Never heard anything more. moved on to better practiced and staff facility.
