The Frozen Boulder — Restaurant in Muncie

Went there for the 1st time yesterday and was very disappointed and unsatisfied. Someone in my group orders something that came in a plastic container and when she sat it down on the table it completely fell over and spilt out on the table and the staff refused to remake it and even seen that that ice-cream was unbalanced in the bowl as when she tried to pick it up herself it fell over multiple times and then they forgot her drink and she waited about 20 minutes after their was about 15 people served she asked for her drink and they wanted to argue with her that she didn't order one and after they looked at her purchase they realized that she did infact order one. My husband and I made our first visit and unfortunately was not impressed. The taco meat on top of his hot dogs was extremely salty. There was supposed to be cheese and did not add but charged for it. His shake was a strawberry cheesecake shake and unfortunately lacked in flavor. I had the pizza breadsticks, which would've been better if the cheese given to me had not been ice cold as if taken out of the refrigerator. The Frozen Boulder is one of the best deals in Muncie, but they don't compromise on a huge selection of ice cream flavors, specialty items, food, and great customer service. I've found that in addition to being a great stop after mini golf next door, it serves as an affordable fun trip on its own. They have great hours and prices compared to the chain ice cream places and the staff has always been willing to be patient and helpful. They even went out of their way to come turn on their fire pit just for us one night. Would...
