L L Nails — Attraction in Mundy Charter Township

I tried giving this place another chance and they proved me right once again lol. My sister and I got the same thing and charged us both different prices. Told me $40 over the phone then charged my sister $50 and charged me $55. Looked far from the picture we showed them after insisting they could do it. Our nails look terrible. Super thick acrylic, glitter in the clear coat that we both pointed out and got mad when we asked them to fix it and just left it anyway, super bumpy, bubbles and hair in the nails. I just was in yesterday and the nails are already lifting, 4 of them are extremely crooked on my hands, the acrylic doesn’t go anywhere close to my cuticles. They look 2 weeks grown out and I just got them done YESTERDAY. Overall a terrible experience. When I called them out over the price she kept repeating no $110 and then said no English implying she cannot speak English but was speaking fine when doing my nails. Two different people did my nails, same with my sister. When she printed my receipt she decided to take it upon herself to tip herself and charged me more than $110 thinking I wouldn’t catch it. I would give them zero stars if I could. The only way you should ever step foot in this place is if you have zero nails of your own that you care about. I went in for my bday with very long natural nails decided I wanted tips added so I could have "coffin shaped" nails for my bday. Before we get to the aftermath of that lets talk about the actual acrylics and the service. The nails were not coffin shaped, they were way wider than my actual nails and looked completely terrible and they charged me $50. They do not sanitize their stations or implements between clients, I watched them nick the girls cuticle next to me and make her bleed they just wiped it off kept working then threw all the tools back in their drawer when they were finished.

When I soaked the nails off less than 2 weeks later I had holes filed through my natural nails from their drill, chips out of my nails, just completely destroyed. This place needs a serious visit from the health department because I'm not even 100 percent sure all of them...

Its the subtle dishonesty for me. Its the nive tones and calming music while they makeup prices on the spot for me. Every time I go they tell me a different price I accept this because it is convenient I never get any polish not even clear coat. Today I was charged $50 for a basic full set no polish Square shaped. He only charged me $50 after I said I no longer wanted the almond shape which was cheaper I only asked for the square shape because he had already started cutting my nails at different lengths. What they like to do is make the pinky nail the length you want and charge you for that length and make all the rest of the nails significantly shorter I did not want to walk out with a short middle finger and a long pinky finger today so I simply asked for square and was up charged for it....
