Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Grand Blanc Charter Township

My husband went to get pizza, cheese bread, Salas and bread sticks. Got home, no sauce whatsoever. So I went out to get pizza sauce, a huge white woman with brown hair and eyes drive thru... I tell her situation, she says, did you order pizza sauce? I said it comes with cheese bread so no... She rolls her eyes and gives me pizza sauce. Without saying a word. Then my husband opens his salad. Worst salad ever. Antipasto that had barely anything but lettuce. So he goes back up there with the salad and receipt to just get a new salad. She said be quiet, and said everything was weighed out. My husband proceeded to tell her he gets salad there quite often and knows what it should look like. She said he was wrong and tried to get him out the door. He insisted he wanted a new salad.. she said whatever and took the salad and remade a new one. My Aunt, Uncle, and I went to this location for a Hot and Ready and had to wait 10-15 minutes on the pizza, only to find that it was drenching with pizza sauce, the cheese inside the crust tasted fake, and the crust itself tasted weird and not all the way done. What's even more disappointing is when we opened the box, the pizza was NOT even sliced. My Uncle had to do it himself with a kitchen knife. And, don't even get me started on the Pepperoni; it wasn't evenly distributed, and there was way too much. One can really tell the staff here isn't very professional at all. Not just because they gave us a pizza like this, but because when inside the place, the workers were just standing around talking and were very forgetful, when taking orders. Literally so sick of this place. One day I called a little more than a half hour before they closed (yes ik that was stupid) but I worked 12 hours that day and I didn't feel like cooking. I called and they said they were busy so they put me on hold until 9:51 then hung up on me. I go in and they were upset because I explained what happened and asked if I could still order bc of the inconvenience they put me thru, and they told me I was shit out of luck. Then today, I put mobile order thru them, and turns out they were closed. Didn't have at least 1 person stay to tell all of the Mobil orders that they were closed bc their oven wasn't working. I put my order in 2hrs in advanced, and couldn't tell me shit so I could order from another one??? UGH. So sick of this place!!! Ordering from a different one for now on.
