The free beer from 8-11 is nice but when it comes to customer service you really have to lower your expectations. On new years eve of 2018 I paid $30 in cover fees that ended up not being worth it. That same night when I go to close out my $30 bar tab, the bartender swipes my card a few times and says it wouldn't work. Thankfully I had a friend willing to pay it in cash. The next morning I woke up to seeing two charges on my card amounting to $60 from whiskey dix...This meant that my bar tab had been paid for 3 times. Seeing that there isn't a working phone number for the bar and they're not open until the weekend at 8pm, I had to wait til the 3rd at 8pm to speak to anyone about a refund. I was able to talk to Eric, the bar owner, I showed him my bank statement proving that I had been overcharged, and also had the bartender Drew as a witness to vouch for me that my bar tab had already been paid for in cash. Eric asked if I would give him a day to call his bank and for me to come back the following night to work it out. Considering I live out of town, and that I did nothing wrong and was already going further out of my way to have this fixed than I should've, I was patient and was willing to come back after work at midnight the following day....After a long night at work I drive to Murfreesboro, just like he requested, and Eric the OWNER wasn't even there, nor was any manager to help me with the refund. They took down my phone number to have Eric reach out to me but I have yet to hear anything. I never leave reviews but on behalf of myself and plenty of my friends who have had many issues with this place, I'm here to leave a psa, save your time, money, and energy and go...

I would give them all 5 stars if I was just reviewing on that, but as they were closing at 2 and getting everything cleaned up one security guy with glasses came up and at first I understood why he asked us to go outside to get our Uber driver but this particular night, they opened on Sunday bc it was memorial day weekend and they usually aren't opened on Sundays. So they wanted to get out and ask that, yeah I completely understand, but what he didn't know was that the Uber drivers were unresponsive and we were literally waiting for an Uber driver for 45 minutes and still no response. The security guy kept telling and berating my bf and I that do we even speak English and we needed to go outside bc they are closing. That was uncalled for, and another security guard stepped in and was much more calm about the situation and we did go outside bc he was chill about it, other than the initial aggressive one. So basically, y'all don't leave around closing time on a crazy non working...
Read moreI was here with a customer from out of town and we were treated like trash by Jeremy the bartender. We needed a receipt on a small bar tab and he acted atrocious. He said to our face that our salesman was being a b** for asking for it even though it was under company expense. We will never be back due to Jeremy’s unfortunate behavior, and i hope he doesn’t get to be back on some kind of undeserved merit. I would love to hear what he did correctly because there were 0 problems at the other bar. I would like to be back to use the only other bar in Murfreesboro but he has effectively rendered it useless if he is still working there. Hopefully this sees the correct...
