Our fitness journey has been revolutionized due to the range and intensity of the classes here.
Between amazing CycleFit classes in the morning for cardio, WarriorFit classes for strength, and Yoga classes of all kinds (Vinyasa, Bikram, Yoga Sculpt, Hot HIIT Yoga, Barre/Pilates, Hot Fusion, Hatha, Restorative), we have grown tremendously in our physical well-being as well as our mental health. This is why we have purchased the trifecta membership at this wonderful studio for the last year and will continue being members. We have also recently tried the Infrared Red Light Sauna and loved it! The studio offers this as well as Cold Plunges, which I am also excited to try!
The instructors at Fitness at SoCal are welcoming, encouraging, and supportive, challenging us to continue growing with each class. Thank you, Erenie, for being such an approachable and kind studio owner! Your compassion and genuine care for your members has been evident since our very first conversation. If you answered "yes" to any of these questions (or all), look no further than Fitness and SoCal. My partner and I were looking for a spin studio after some disappointing changes at our (then)current one. A friend recommended FAS and we took advantage of the "3 free classes" offer. Oh.My.Goodness. In a word? AMAZING. After each class, we were left completely soaked from the workout and sore. Each instructor was knowledgeable, had such different workouts (choreo, etc) and FUN! We knew that we HAD to sign up. We've been going to FAS for over a month now, waiting for the "honeymoon" phase to end. I am excited to state that not only has it not ended, it keeps getting better!

   Read moreFitness at SoCal has it all! Kickboxing, HIIT, Strength Classes, Cycle, Yoga and Barre, all of which are amazing! I was at a different gym prior and was nervous to make the switch. But after the 1st few classes, I wondered why I hadn't switched sooner. All of the instructors are friendly, encouraging and know the industry. Whether it's your 1st class or 100th class, you will fit right in and feel welcomed. Another thing I love is the flexible class schedule. You can work out and take a variety of classes in the morning or afternoon, depending on your schedule.
Every class is sooo fun and unique. I was never a spin person before. I used to think it was really boring, but not here! Spin is different at Fitness at SoCal. It's fun, energetic and encouraging. Every ride is different and challenging. Same with yoga, and well, every class they offer.
This is a group fitness type gym and you can't go wrong with any of the classes and instructors. Fitness at SoCal offers a free 3 class trial (which I took advantage of) and a variety of membership options. Come...
