Called and ordered over phone - requested artificial versus real since there are animals in the home it was delivered to. Specifically asked 'WILL it look as full and beautiful as the one with real floral and was told YES it will'. I called after delivery asking why there was no bow AND why it was not as full as the one they advertise online. Was told - that is just a picture they use for advertisement - they make it look better and fuller - we used the correct base and were out of that bow when you placed the order. Do you want us to bring a bow to the house? No - What I wanted was an arrangement as beautiful as the picture for a very dear friend to enjoy for many many years. I lived in Muskegon for 47 years - my father owned and operated a successful business - This not the service or quality I expected out of a family run business. I recently used Wasserman's for my wedding florals in May. It is hard to even put into words how beautiful the flowers and set up was! I highly recommend using Wasserman's for your wedding flowers. Skeeter is absolutely incredible to work with. He is patient, attentive, and did an amazing job helping my vision come to life. I don't know much about florals, so Skeeter's knowledge and professionalism was much needed! I didn't live in town while planning the wedding, but Skeeter worked with my mom at times and let me join via FaceTime. The venue for our wedding was a bit plain, so the flowers and candles truly transformed both the ceremony and reception space! My dream of having an elegant garden party theme came true!
