I just had a 500% better return/exchange experience with you today a week after my purchase reciept in hand you diagnosed and solved my problem with no hassle exchange. Those guys before did not refund for overcharged item in the same 5 minutes. Employees baldface lied within seconds of selling item stating it was $11.95 and then cashier ignored my inquiry about the total. I stepped out to read the receipt and found the item rang up $14.99 plus tax. I went back in, both parties denied the item rang up incorrectly even when i pointed out the product number was the same. They acted as if i was crazy, they said there were no refunds or exchanges and denied literally pointing at the item in front of other shoppers, reading the $11.95 price aloud to me. I wrote to the management and to date 3 months later still haven't gotten a reply. Not one, but two lying employees probably coerced by management to never ever do a refund or make a ticket right. Amazon is cheaper, Wal-Mart is more up front and new items have better warranties from honest businesses. Its only $4.00 but it taught me to spend my entertainment...

Usually I don't leave reviews, but after this most recent visit, I was extremely disappointed by the customer service that I received from their lead team member, and needed to voice my grievances. We were browsing and considering our options when the lady in the store raised her voice at the entirety of the store and told us in an unpolite way to get out if we didn't know what we wanted. We were told that we had 20 mins when walking in and, had only been in the store for at most 5 minutes. The workers have been consistently unhelpful, and recently the worker was EXTREMELY rude. Now normally I donāt leave many mean reviews, Iām a pretty calm person. But something snapped today and it was the last straw. I just canāt tolerate being treated like a lower class customer, and being yelled at makes me feel just worse.
