Special FX — Attraction in Nacogdoches

Had the worst experience EVER! My appt was at 12:30 and after 1:15, I called my office to let them know I would be later than expected because I was still waiting on Autumn to finish with another client. After I got off the phone, she stepped over closer to where I was sitting and said you can reschedule(being very rude and snarky) and I asked if she could do later this afternoon and she said no extremely hateful. I told her if she had just text me and let me know she was running so behind I would have been appreciated it. She then raised her voice at me and said I’m not doing your hair! She said she had her clientele built up and didn’t need my business! She embarrassed me in front of everyone at the salon! I just sat there stunned! She then stomped off into the back room and came back out and said Brad is going to do your hair. I didn’t have any other choice because we are leaving for vacation. This was my very first time at this salon!

Autumn is very unprofessional!

I started losing my hair really bad after getting covid and going through a stressful time in my life and was so mortified at how I looked because my hair was thinning out so bad.. I seriously was about to shave it off and let it all grow back. I was recommended by a friend to try Autumn and I kid y’all not she made me feel 100% in about 2 hours. I will never use anyone else for my extensions! She is so personable and makes you feel like a queen when you leave her salon! When you have high maintenance hair and have to spend 4 hours in the chair each appointment, the vibes really make a difference in how much you like a salon. This is definitely the best place to be stuck in a chair for 4 hours. Most people may not understand this, but it felt like I wasn't in east texas anymore.
