Donut Palace — Restaurant in Nacogdoches

I actually used to love this place until about the last 6 months. While their food is always great, fresh kolaches are even better. So I started going around the time they were pulling out their freshly baked kolaches. This seemed to be an issue because even tho they had the fresh in the front and old in the back, I would ask for the ones in the front and they would get an attitude. Don't understand why? Besides all that, the main problem I have with this place is that I get charged different prices everytime I go up there. Not sure how that works when I get the same thing every time! So I asked the ladies behind the counter why that is and she got rude with me!...

I do mot live in Nacogdoches, but I have family here. Every time I'm in town, I stop here for their Combo Kolaches. They are stuffed full of meats, eggs, and vegetables and very filling. They do have one lady who works there who seems to always have a bad attitude. However, as long as I get the Kolaches, I'll overlook her poor customer service skills. Horrible service that selected the wrong item when the correct item was directly pointed out beforehand with verbal confirmation. Then, when the incorrect item was brought back to exchange: instead of compensating the customer for getting the order wrong, the same server wanted the customer to pay the difference in price that her bad service had directly caused.
