RENTOWN — Attraction in Nampa

I do not recommend this place at all. We've had nothing but problems. First, we rented their newest Maytag washer and dryer. The delivery men didn't know how to work the dryer machine, so they figured it was broken. They delivered a "tested" model and after they left I noticed long hairs hanging from the top of the machine and a FULL lint drawer. It was USED and they didn't clean it!! I complained and they returned the following day with the first one and installed it. Turns out, it was just fine and all they needed to do was hold down the power button. After all of this, we decided to just buy a used set somewhere else. The delivery men came and took both machines. After they left (and after hours, unfortunately) we noticed that they took one of OUR hoses to our washer so now we have to go get a new one until we can sort this out. Not only that, but they pulled the dryer ventilator hose out of the wall completely so we had to thread it back through the upper wall which was tricky. My husband and I were beside ourselves. Central Rent 2 Own Big Thank You David You Went above and beyond and stayed later to make sure we could get our New Range Stove, Smart washer and Dryer, But best of all My uncle got his new Leather Reclinier Ordered so we could have our Things We Rented Bought to us the very next Morning!! This team here is amazing. Always a blast calling and talking to them or going in store and talking to them. Always super helpful and willing to help you out. Hugo is AWESOME and is very attention detailed when setting up your equipment he is the only delivery team from Central that I allow out to my home when it comes to setting something up. He is very friendly, sociable and takes a HUGOpun intended interest in you as a customer and as a friend. He allows the kids to watch what he is doing and if will give them candy if we see him in store. If he were to leave then Central would have a loss. Dave and Jeremy are amazing characters as well and loves to give a good laugh and get one. The team in store is super amazing as well they are fun and love to joke around.
