Thisnplace is always great fresh items and they actually duscount what needs to gonout (less waste) only bad thing I had an experience with two ladies at the food prep area that seing me watingbfor the sushi cheff and never cared to tell me he was gone I stayed there looking at them while the seemed to be on a heated conversation and they kept talking so after several minutes I had the audacity to ask if someone was willing to help to what one of the younger girl replied well the cheff is gone now so I said I whish you had mentioned it before and I think she got aggravated and turn to.me and said we'll you should have asked (sorry for not interrupting the argument) to what i answer i would have asked if you had care to great a customer or at least ask if I needed any help, she was not nice other than her everyone else is usually pretty awesome and helpful the sushi cheff is always great he makes thing fresh if you ask for and always with a smile no matter the time of day maybe he should train the little cook girl about manners and...

I love Nob Hill. I’ve been shopping there for years. I am 52 and have been shopping at Nob Hill in Napa California pretty much my whole life I recently over the last year. I’ve had trouble getting my digital coupons because it says I don’t have a profile and I’ve tried to wait on hold to help line and I can’t wait on hold that long because I work, so I would really love to be able to create an account, but I can’t because I have already have an existing account, but therefore still won’t let me open that account either everyone at the stores tried to help me and to no avail none of us have have succeeded I am a faithful loyal shopper that cannot get the basic digital coupons just because I can’t get an account that I’ve already had for years I used to get the coupons don’t get those anymore either same phone number my whole 25 years 30 years, so I’m now 52 and still can’t get the...

I shop here very regularly and spend a lot of money here. Today I was going down an isle looking for a particular item and there was an employee by the name of Elaine who was stocking shelves when I asked for a particular item and she said they did not carry the item at this store. As I turned around to leave the isle I saw the item I was looking for. I told the employee for future reference where the item was and she gave me a dirty look. I then proceeded to turn my cart around and she was blocking the isle and I politely asked if she could move and she gave me another dirty look and then eventually moved over so I could pass. I proceeded to ask if she wasn’t having a good day and she replied I didn’t say nothin. I asked to speak to the manger but he was not available. Extremely rude customer service.
