NH Furniture Direct — Attraction in Nashua

The guys at NH Furniture Direct are great to deal with. We were in a couple months ago, but this wasn’t our first purchase there. Steve was our salesman, and to say that he went over and above for us is an understatement. We were searching for a very specific king size bedroom set, and had space limitations that had to be met. Steve was nice enough to show us around what he had, but ultimately we ended up ordering our set.

Like we said, we had a specific set in mind, so Steve promised to call around and call the manufacturer directly. Over the next few days we found the set elsewhere and were beginning the process of purchasing it when we got the call from Steve. Not only was he able to find the exact set we wanted with the exact specs we needed, but he found it for several hundred dollars less than the other place.

Next came the wait - had to wait for the manufacturer to ship it to them so that they could deliver it to us locally. He kept us informed throughout the process with updates on dates which were spot on. When the guys delivered our set, they were careful and friendly. Not a nick or scratch, and they took the packing material with them.

From before the sale service to white glove delivery, NH Furniture Direct is a pleasure to deal with. They may not be as flashy as those big chain stores. But we’ll give our business to the local guys who save us money, provide a quality product and give us excellent, friendly...

Ive been shopping on line and needed to replace an old couch fast. Ive been putting off and having analysis paralysis over thinking the whole couch buying process. Framing Construction, fabric, spring type, foam, price and most importantly made in the USA .I went into the store after a friend just bought a sectional. He said the price was great and made in N Carolina. Decent amount of inventory on hand. Found a couch i liked in stock less money than i expected. Great place! The staff has been great at answering any and all questions through email and messenger. Quick response time and a pretty decent selection of furniture. We were looking for a sofa after having nothing but problems with Bob's Discount Furniture so I decided to travel a little further and check out this store. Was able to go in there at 10am on Saturday, purchase a couch and have it delivered and set up by 11:40! Now that's service you just can't find in many places right now.
