rude staff. had a misunderstanding, my bf had his ID and i did not (we are both 24 I just forgot my wallet) & we were just getting a bowl head. they would not sell to us which is 100% fine obviously that's the law and clearly they can't risk their jobs / business & she mentioned they are recorded on audio / camera so they couldn't accept a photo of mine. My issue was not until when I tried to say that's fine my bf will just come back later alone (i have to go to work) & she had an issue with that saying it's not allowed? I work in customer service i would not get rude with someone for having to do their jobs so trust me I had no type of attitude but was trying to get some understanding & ask what she meant by he wasnt allowed to come alone later and that is when she started rudely snipping at me interrupting me mid question yelling "I ALREADY TOLD YOU WERE ON CAMERA ETC" as if that was my issue at all of that i was trying to get her to sell to us still which I was not. It was honestly so embarrassing the way she got loud with me because she made it seems like I was the one making a huge issue when I was just trying to get some clarity on what she said, so we walked out. Maybe learn how to treat potential customers bc i would have come back with my ID but will never be back & will refer everyone i know to go to cigarette outlet or any other smoke...
Read moreThere are several suggestions I do have: The first thing is that they should add a recycling program for all of the vapes they sell..especially the disposable ones that they seem to sell a large amount of. Should be able to recycle anything that contains a battery so that they don't end up all over town on the sidewalks, like they do now.
I would like it if the staff was able to answer my questions about the herbal stuff they sell at that front counter. All I was told it that they didn't contain the illegal ingredients that most people are seeking. Which I had figured. Just got no other information like how good they were, or if they did bring a sense of relaxation or any type of mind altering effects that most people are looking for. I would love to know more about these products and what they do for you. Guess I'll have to research online to get further information.
Lastly, I also think the point system to get any money off any products is ridiculous. You literally have to spend hundreds of dollars to get $10/$15 off...1 time. I have literally shopped there for years, since they opened and typically spend anywhere from at least $20 to $50. I have yet to get any coupons or perks towards...

I was very excited with my purchase when leaving and I'm still happy with it today. The service was so good that I thought to ask if I could tip and it turns out that the employees can accept tips, that made me glad. Every time I go into this location in Nashua New Hampshire I am greeted promptly and given space and time when requested to look amongst the products on my own until I need assistance. This is important to me because I like to take my time and picking a vape as they are typically non refundable. I would absolutely recommend this great team of workers and this always inviting and clean location.
