I get times are tough right now with covid-19 and people are stressed out. I also have full compassion for restaurant workers. But! I made an order over the phone not long ago today. Ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 of them were messed up. One of the sandwiches didn’t have the bread that was asked for. If they had run out of that type of bread all they had to do was tell us. Instead just gave us another kind. I asked for my sandwich to be extra toasted and it was not. I ordered rotisserie chicken and I understand that some times the chicken can create its own moisture, that’s why I ask for it to be extra toasted. Instead my bread had been soaked from chicken juice and was almost impossible to eat due to the whole sandwich being soggy. Even though there was only about 2 minutes between getting the sandwich and getting it home to eat it. I live right around the corner and ended up having to throw away most of my sandwich. The lady at the register seemed to be having a rough day and was not very friendly. If I had known today’s employees didn’t care very much today, I probably wouldn’t have wasted my money. It’s a shame because I don’t usually have a problem with...
Read moreBest service I have EVER experienced. We arrived in Nashua with a bus full of hungry teen agers and started calling around at fast food places to decide where to go. We arrived back at the hotel lobby when one of the teens realized that she had forgotten her pocketbook back at the restaurant twenty minutes ago. I'm getting ready to call them and see that I had three missed calls - from Niko, trying to reach us and let us know about the pocketbook they found. I can't tell you how much that made our day and what an outstanding role model for the young people! ...

My most recent visit, she noticed that I had come in before the two gentleman that were at the ordering end of the counter, and she stopped to look my way before serving them, seemingly making sure it was ok to serve them first (it was, I wasn't ready yet).
She's efficient, but NOT messy. She serves a well made, clean sandwich. (Some other locations, I find my sandwich might get soggy if sauces are added messily; or the bread gets cut funny and it rips while you're trying to eat it.)
Lastly, NONE of the employees I've dealt with here are cheap with the sandwich toppings,...
