Burger King — Restaurant in Nashua

i know when eating out at take out places like this not really to be sitting in first class top notch type of situation but i’ve been dining in plenty of places my whole life where i felt comfortable enough to sit and eat my food without feeling like i did going here! only writing this for the absolute safety for others health and their children!very very dirty inside!! very horrible customer service probably the worst fast food experience i’ve ever had…im warning anyone with children especially do not go inside this place or even eat what their serving called “food”..brought my kids in for lunch and possible play place haven’t been to this location in years…i didn’t have too high expectations but by law and certain codes figured hey why not might not be too bad..didn’t even get inside the door handle was covered in what looked to be old dryed up ketchu…there was a giant hole in the wall of the hallway massive spider webs in the corners…the windows on the doors were smeared with finger prints galore along with many other different kinds of food smears….we were told the play place was closed but they had no explanation i assumed covid purposes…there was no sign on the door it was only half blocked off by trash barrels…ordered my food the girl handed me a cup full of ice i asked what was wrong with ice machine she said “oh i don’t know it probably just needs to be filled”(the machine had probably been empty for god knows how long if she was still handing me a cup full of ice)then walked away ( where’s the manager on top of keeping a full machine at all times for the customers?) i then filled my cup with soda only to drink flat warm coke…went to go sit my kids down couldn’t find one table that didn’t have old food/loose hair caked ontop or on the booth seats…this place needs a serious re do and new staff..the dog food they are basically serving came out cold and tasted like sponge along with cardboard…immediately took my kids out threw the food away and left…really suprised they passed...

Disclaimer. I work in the food industry and have for 10+ years in a managment position so I RARELY complain about restaurants at all. However this burger King takes the cake. The woman working the drive through around 1pm most afternoons is incredibly rude. In fact she never says the price and when you pay she does not say a word. Sometimes tosses the bag instead of just handing it over. When I ask for salt she slams it in there with attitude as if its a big inconvenience along with the eye rolls (when she's not on her phone) the overall morale of the crew is we don't care. The last time I was there I heard an Asian joke from the back of the house and I had to play it back in my head to see if it was real life. I was assured, as I looked up to see several eyes staring back at me smiling, in fact the only time I've seen someone smile at this restaurant. Food is never warm or even luke warm. I live in a house with 13 OTHER PEOPLE and we all have an ongoing joke of how horrible the service and quality are at this specific location. This will be the last time I visit this location unless something drastic changes. Which it most likely will not assuming the team members attitude comes from managment. This is the second review I have ever written and I hope it's the last. Its fast food we get its not going to be perfect. I totally understand that. However, customer service is what leaves the strongest taste in your mouth. I will drive the extra 15 minutes to the D.W...

Got out of work at around 9:30 and saw that Burger King on main st didn’t close until midnight, so we decided to try it for the first time in a long time. Waited some time with no line whatsoever in front of us. When we were greeted she hurried us and asked if our order was big at all. We only wanted 2 basic meals. I can only assume from how she was asking if it was larger than that, she was implying that she wasn’t going to do it. My boyfriend ordered a whopper with bacon and cheese and she rushed us to the next order and automatically put our fries and drinks as small as well as not allowing us to pick what drinks we wanted. I ordered a chicking sandwich and she said they don’t have anything like that besides the original chicken sandwich. So far her whole attitude was very rude and strange since they don’t close for another 2 hours. I work in retail, I understand the stress of closing up, but it just doesn’t make any sense at barely 10 o clock when you close at midnight. We’ve had many bad experiences here before but I thought maybe for once it would be slightly different. We waited over 40 minutes to get our food with only one car in front of us that had already seemed to have been there a while. I know from past experiences that this food is going to be terrible. I’ve never actually written a bad review before at a place but this experience was one of the worst in quite some time. Just wanted to eat something after a 6 hour shift at a place that is hours...
