Omnium Brewing in Nashua, NH for a few pours & a good double smash burger. I had been meaning to get here since they first finally opened in January 2025 after over half a year of battling red tape. It's wild that Nashua, NH has six different breweries alone in the downtown area with nine altogether in the city. I had been to the Somersworth, NH Omnium location a couple years ago in April 2023 & had been buying singles when I saw them available in the wild as well so I was familiar with their beer already. With what looked to be 35 different beers on tap I had plenty of options to choose from, but figured I'd try some of the spicy beers since I've been digging those a lot lately. 🍻🍻🔥☘☘
I started off with a GALE Pale Ale, a nice drinkable average pale ale that was a great starter before I got into the heaters. My second pour was the FIRE ON THE RED Red Ale, a really good red that was super crisp & refreshing. I've definitely become a fan of reds in the past year or so, a very underrated style. My third beer was the TANG & FLAME Sour, it was different being made with chilies, guava & juicy fruit, but it was good & had some nice subtle heat in the finish. My last pour was the EL FUEGO SPICY Pale Ale, the beer of the visit here for sure. The perfect balance of spice & fruit with a lingering burn the whole time I was drinking it. 🍻🍻🔥🔥🌶🌶
I ordered a double Omni Smash Burger with American cheese, pickles & Omni sauce on a potato roll. It was a good average smash burger, but I wouldn't run back to order it again. The fries were the cheapest frozen fries you can buy unfortunately, but I have seen a decline of french frie quality recently at a few of my favorite burger spots as well. The next time I'm here I'll probably try a different burger option & mix it up. The restaurant is really large inside with plenty of seating options including a pretty big bar, hightops & tables. There are plenty of cans to go here for home or tastings. Well worth checking out if you haven't checked them out yet! 🍻🍻🔥🔥☘✌♥️🍺
BEERGASM RATING - 80/100 🍻🍻🍻🔥🔥🔥🍆🍆🍆💦💦💦🌶🌶✌♥️🍺

Read morePlace is a Mess, would not recommend. 1. The beer is okay but there are better options in Nashua. 2. the menu is all over the place is it pub food, is it an Indian restaurant, is it asian restaurant? They have no idea. 3. Service is horrible. The story: We ordered two burgers, a steak and cheese and a pizza. One of our parties is Gluten Sensitive, waitress indicated they could handle a gluten sensitivity but not someone with a true allergy. Our person with the gluten sensitivity received a hamburger on a potato bun covered with batter dipped gluten-FULL fries. They are not able to accommodate true gluten-free. The other person in our party was physically ill within an hour of eating their burger. My Steak and cheese was tiny $23, the sandwich was about 5 inches long and 2 in wide, very thin and it was burnt, they chopped up some leftover steak tips put it on bread with burnt onions and burnt the bread. They also charge you $3.50 for soda without free refills and they do not mention there are no free refills when you order. And finally the service was horrendous. Our food came out one meal at a time. I ordered a vegetable instead of fries with my sandwich. The first thing to come out was my bowl of vegetables, no sandwich just the bowl and vegetables. About 5 minutes later one of the hamburgers came out, another 5 minutes later the second hamburger came out another five minutes later the pizza came out and then finally 20 minutes after the bowl of vegetables came out my burnt sandwich was put in front of me. I have never seen worse service. And the kicker at the end was we said to the waitress we were there celebrating Father's Day and she said to us "oh well I'm a single mom so I dont think about Father's day, but Happy Father's day, I guess". Totally unnecessary. There are better breweries and...
Read moreReviews looked really good so we figured we would give it a try. Maybe it was just an outlier situation but my family and I had a terrible experience. First a hostess took our order with headphones around her neck, took 20 minutes to get our drinks before our actual waitress came over to take our food order. There was no other waitress or waiter on with her so eventually the own/manager came over to take our second round of orders because they had her rolling utensils in napkins with the hostess. Finally get our food and my overpriced steaks which there was only 3 of were burnt. I was told by the owner/manager they would be medium after she didn’t even ask how I wanted them cooked and they were well well done. I ate one of them and had my wife try a piece to see if it was just me but no they were just burnt. The waitress even confirmed the kitchen had done it to one of her meals as well. The own/manager comes over after and is so extremely rude to me. Asks me if there’s any problems and I tell her the steak tips are basically burnt and you told me they’d be medium. Also accused me of eating the entire plate when I ate one tiny steak tip that half I offered to my wife. She told me she’d take it off the bill but didn’t do it so the waitress had to go back to her for permission to do it to which she was rude to her waitress. The waitress was a sweetheart though and hopefully she figures out that her boss’s attitude is going to be that...
