Complete with doggie fountain & poop bag stations. There's a double-gated corralling entrance for getting pups on & off leash.
Most regulars (people & dogs alike) are pretty well socialized.
My only complaint would be that occasionally adults will bring groups of kids whom they do not supervise; I & others have pointed out to oblivious parents that their youngsters are tackling, attempting to wrestle with - or throwing objects at - strangers' dogs. I'm surprised some of the kids haven't been bitten or hurt one of the animals. It almost calls for a child leash law. I wouldn't condone dogs running amuck biting or clawing at children in their play area, so it seems reasonable to ask that children be restrained in the dog park.
People bring their dogs to socialize & exercise, not to be abused by bored children.

My grandmother use to take my brother and I to feed the ducks bread that we would bring with us. I also played softball there along with watching many other people I know play there.
