As much as I wanted to love this place I didn't. It was a perfect storm of continued dissatisfaction. At the end we were offered to not pay but that isn't why we came here. I don't believe in free food, the kitchen did a great job. Their work shouldn't be given for free for others failures. After waiting double the wait time to be seated I went inside to find out that we were "notified" yet we never received the notification. We did receive the notification that we were off the list when we were finally seated. The recent power outage messed up bakery items so the menu was limited, which I understand is out of their control. A notice or document should have been placed on the door prior to waiting. Once we were seated the employees were great but they seemed extremely busy or short staffed. When we placed our order it took a long time to receive my coffee after my wife had already received her order. Then we were told an item we ordered wasn't available. At that point we should have left. I ordered a biscuit, which was not enough. I then attempted and waited to put more food in. Way past when I was finished and gave up on ordering any more food, my wife had also finished, I pulled my card out to pay without seeing the check. Limited menu, double the wait time from not being notified and staff that was just to busy were things that all came together and made us regret spending over two hours here for a bacon egg and cheddar biscuit paired with a cold brew coffee.

This place is fantastic. We had an excellent experience when we visited for Saturday brunch. The drinks were awesome. The coffee, as expected was great. Lots of cool in house coffee drinks as well a huge to go coffee beans, syrups, and coffee equipment selection. On the boozy side of things, the Irish Coffee was wonderful and the Bloody Mary was one of the best I've ever had. The food was wonderful as well. I had a Pesto breakfast sandwich and my partner had the French Toast. We were both stealing bites from each other because we loved both things so much. Isabella, our server, was lovely! She had great suggestions, and was exceptionally kind. In addition to taking great care of us, the staff was incredible to our dog. They got him cold water on a hot day without us asking, and when we got him some eggs, they put them in a dog bowl so it was much easier for him to devour in 12 seconds as per usual. Anyway, check this place out, you won't regret it.

A very cool spot for some delicious breakfast. The stars of their menu in my opinion are definitely their lattes!! Some are seasonal and only available for a short time and some are regulars. We had the bourbon butterscotch, the gingerbread, and the pecan latte, because they accidentally brought us the gingerbread latte but gave it to us anyway. Drinks wise, that was one of the best lattes I've ever had. Food wise, the food was good but not really that spectacular. I had the grits and it was a bit bland but made with fresh ingredients. It seems to get pretty busy here so I'm not sure if we lucked out or not but we got seated in just about 10 minutes on a Sunday morning. Staff was friendly though they did seem a little bit disorganized at times. All in all, I really enjoyed this spot.

I have had wonderful experiences at all of the Frothy Monkey locations I have been to! Except for when I went to this location it all changed… I have actually never left a bad review before in my life, but I felt so passionate about the service today I just had to let the frothy monkey team know how absolutely disappointing and dissatisfying this entire experience was. Please check my other reviews as they are ALL positive. Staff was nice upon walking in and greeting was friendly. We ordered coffee as we waited for our table outside. One of the coffees was not made but the baristas understood the mistake and happily made another coffee immediately. As we were seated at our table outside, the waitress was nice and friendly but all started going downhill. We ordered a drip coffee and our breakfast. Waitress did tell us they were out of biscuits so we happily changed gears to a breakfast sandwich on a bagel. Food was brought out and still no drip coffee almost 25 minutes later….. Sandwich was brought out on a piece of toast and we asked about the bagel and they said we were out of bagels did your waitress not tell you? They did discount the sandwich without us asking for a “customer dissatisfaction” discount which should probably be changed on the pos 😂 We asked if our drip coffees were coming out and the waitress went to grab them. About 6 minutes later I went inside to check on them because the coffee had STILL NOT ARRIVED! It was absolutely wild. It would be different if it was super busy. I am always so understanding and I currently work in a restaurant… but it was dead and when I went inside the staff was just eating at a table. When the coffee did come they asked how our first “couple of bites” were tasting when there was only 1 bite left of the sandwich… again very strange. The staff did not ask again how we were doing or if we needed anything. They just dropped off a check and said, “here is the check no rush”. What if we wanted to order something else? Probably should ask how we are doing and if there is anything else we may want before dropping off the check? We laid cash down and waited for our waitress to come back. She never came back. I had to go inside and get my own cash back. Again, I am extremely understanding and always rate places 5 stars because I am a true believer in supporting our businesses. I just could not get over how awful this was. They had to TRY to be this bad. I’m not trying to be rude but management...

We'd been looking forward to eating at Frothy Monkey, so we drove across town to get here. After waiting 30min, we were seated. Our coffee was served with sugar & milk, but without any form of stirrer or utensils; it took another 15min for a stirrer to finally be brought to us after asking. My drip coffee was already cold by then. After seeing people who were seated after us get their food AND finish eating, we inquired about the status of our food, since we'd now been waiting over half an hour for two simple 2-egg breakfasts. It became clear that the server had obviously forgotten to put in our order when they came out and told us that the kitchen had only just begun preparing our food. Having been waiting for over an hour by now to be seated and get food, we couldn't afford to wait any longer, so we asked to just get some of their prepared pastries to go. When they ultimately brought us the check, we were surprised to see not only no admission of a mistake, but that we had actually been charged for our (cold) coffees and to-go pastries, despite the debacle. When we noted our frustration, we were treated rudely about how it was "out of the server's hands" — again, with no admission that obviously they'd made a mistake about putting in the order (or, at minimum, they'd made a mistake to never check on our order). The pastries were ultimately comped after we asked for it explicitly, which was good I guess since they were really bad; we ended up throwing them away after taking a bite of each. Frankly, had the establishment accepted any fault at all over how terribly our experience went, we might not be as frustrated as we are now. What a waste of time to drive across town, wait around for over an hour, only for a bite of garbage. We won't be returning, and would suggest...
