Toda Moda Fashion Outlet — Attraction in National City

Cute little store in a strip mall. There’s no name brand expensive stuff, but there’s stuff for everyone. They have cheap shoes in the back, which sometimes I’ll find some cute sandals, but most of the shoes are cheap Chinese stuff that’s too narrow and small for American feet. The clothes are ok. But I do usually find what I’m looking for here. They have everything from dresses to hoodies and joggers. They also have jewelry, makeup, and accessories. My daughters all have nose piercings, and the body jewelry here is affordable and cute. I will say make sure u try on your clothes, they have dressing rooms at the front. They don’t do returns, they only offer store credit. Most cashiers are pleasant, some seem like they hate their job. It’s either hit or miss here. But u will find basic stuff. I go here for plain colored t shirts that fit snug. They have some cute sweaters and outfits. They have decent leggings too in all colors and sizes. For my daughter’s school graduation we went to the mall, and could not find a decent dress. We came here and couldn’t decide on one dress,...

I would recommend this store only for the cute sweaters and summer dresses but other than that everything else is far more expensive than in other locations. $40 and up when it comes to 2 piece items they don’t even let you try out the clothes and only give you 5 days to return your clothes, oh and they don’t give you money back you can only exchange it. They lady from the store didn’t even acknowledge me when I tried returning my clothes. I was just one day late from the 5 day marks and I work 2 jobs so barley have time to go and return a shirt and skirt in 5 days. I walk in and she just said ‘no returns or exchange anymore’ and turned around and continued to ignore me after still trying to explain. A $20 skirt and $20 shirt. What a business. This place offers cheap clothing for mostly women. I go there to buy tank tops and zip up hoody sweaters.

The place has a good variety of items and it's clean and orderly. However, the employees there are very rude. It's like customers bother them, as if smiling and being friendly is against their policy or something.

For the cheap Asian owned store that it is, they have a stuck up attitude!

Sadly nothing will be done because it's not a chain store, but maybe someone will let them know about these reviews and they'll improve.
