So I went there this afternoon around 6ish PM. I placed and order on my app but forgot to add the summer drink. I told the person on the drive through that I had placed an order through the app but i made a mistake. A lady came to the speaker and asked me to pull up to the first window. I asked the guy at the window if I could add and pay for the summer drinks. A black female came to the window and said I could but I would have to go inside.. not sure why and why can’t I just pay right then and there. But she had a little bit of attitude. And there were no cars behind me before pulling up to the window.
Anyways, I went inside and and she saw me walked in, she said that the other lady, (a white female) will help Me at the register. So I placed the order for the Summer drink And I told her that I would like light ice please.
Two seconds later the black female from the drive through was handing me all my four drinks including a summer drink. I guess she had made one already before I could go inside and place the order. So I asked her if she could make it light ice because it was heavy on ice and she said “oh it’s light ice”, and I asked her if she was sure.. she said with a biggest fat Lie “YES” and try to insist it was, so I asked if she could double check.. and then just before she can say anything, the other rep handed me a summer drink with light ice..
The thing is, I like this place.. I been coming here for years.. sometime it only takes one time and one person to mess things up. If you’re having a bad day then deal with it somewhere else. Don't take it on the customer. And for Managers, if you have an employee that’s having a bad day, ask them if they want to go home instead or place them somewhere away from customer. What if I was having a Bad day just like her? Then the whole thing would have been a bad day for everyone there..
I'd still come To this place but maybe not as much and will try to avoid that lady. She lacks customer service...
Read moreA really careless drive thru worker & management dont care. Got handed a steaming hot coffee& the lid wasnt shut. Starbucks replied to my complain a $50 loaded to my account & maybe reimbursement of cleaning my car(it has to be approved 1st). That upper management had been notified. Ok and??? I emailed back to keep their $50 won't be getting coffee there. To put themselves in my position, to have steaming extremely hot coffee spilled all over their hand & car while associate just stares at you. While your screaming..and management didn't even acknowledge what happened. I didnt get medical attention but at home, cause in real world im a working mother, didn't planned to be injured at 8am & were in covid. Would you have paid for my day missing work too..had someome cover my shift & do my job? Or it had to be approved 1st. AVOID this Starbucks location at all cost!! Went on January 12th 2020 and purchased some pastries and a drink. I was sitting down on the booth area that are near the restroom area of the starbucks when out of nowhere I see this small spider climbing out of the booth. As soon as I moved it ran back into the crack. I moved the cushion of the booth a bit and came to the disgusting surprise of several cockroaches and spiders running around. I told a shift leader about the situation and it came to her as no surprise. She calmly told me that they've been aware of the situation and that it has been going on for months. She also mentioned that the manager for this location is aware of the infestation of cockroaches and spiders that are not only in the seating area but also the kitchen area where they store food and supplies to make the drinks that we drink on an everyday basis.
