Pizza hut used to be one if the best pizzas out there. They just did it well. Now I feel as they dropped the ball. The pizzas are half baked delivered, still raw from the inside. The temperature are luke warm and on top of it all, the employees. Recently, I went to get my online orders, the breadsticks weren't even ready, they almost forgot it was part of the order. I WAS going to paid in cash, and I had $20 plus 4x $5dollars and .25 cents. That's a total of $40.25. My total was $31.19 and I accidentally said here's $35.25. The employee wasn't even paying attention and he was struggling with basic math. Because my return was going to be. $9.04. I saw that the employee opens the register put the $20 first then confused looks at the 4x$5 and says you only gave me a $20.25. Your total is $31.19. I replied with No I included $20 dollar bill as well! He accused me that I never gave him nothing and there were two other clients behind me, so I didn't wanted to cause a scene and neither do I want to hold the line. So I paid with my card instead. The manager never came out or did the employee told the manager about the situation. I know they have cameras and I already contacted customer service representatives. And nothing. I literally had $20 stolen in front of me and what does Pizza Hut do? They hired incompetent people who can't do basic math! I’ve worked customer service for over 15yrs I’ve never treated my customers like they have. Iam not asking for a whole lot I either wanted my money refunded to me or just want what I paid for I don’t want nothing extra and I don’t need nothing extra. Manager has only offered me store credit nothing else nothing more. I understand supebowl is busy for pizza. Manager told me that he can only give me store credit. But did not want to delivery it to me. Told him that didn’t make sense. I was told if I wanted my wings remade that I would have to wait another hour. Read moreWe’ve spent hundreds if not a mortgage payment by now, here and we usually try to tip people well because we believe that pizza industry people are a gift from heaven. I’m not sure what’s going on but in the last couple months we have gotten uncooked pizza, missing items from an order, and today we got bacon on our pizza which is nice I suppose until you consider that some of our family doesn’t eat pork. You guys were on point and then somehow most of our recent orders have been wrong or uncooked. I mean with a frequency that we can actually take bets and it’s actually fair odds if an order will be wrong or not. Maybe our orders were on point before because we tipped really well but these days we save up for our pizza. We can’t keep paying a deliver fee, tip, and then burn the gas on top of it all to exchange an order. It’s become too frequent, which sucks because we love Pizza Hut.
