Bounce Blast LLC — Attraction in Naugatuck

Renters beware, any miscommunication will null and void any positive experience with this company. I rented an obstacle course from this company in 2021 and had a positive experience, so positive I sent two schools their way. Enter 2022, there was miscommunication on my boards part and this company absolutely refused to work with us to rectify the situation. The bounce house was placed in the wrong spot, one person (the owner) came to set it up, he would absolutely not move it. He said the option is to have another team and league move their scheduled event or he was taking the bounce house and leaving. Ok. Three different people called to try and come up with a solution. I offered extra money, i offered extra help, i asked if they could go to their next set up and come back. Nothing. I asked if they would refund our non-profit little league organization, nope. Half, nope. Nothing they could do. As owners of a company, there is nothing they could do?! No they were choosing to do nothing. I had 200 little league players and their families coming to closing ceremony. 200!! These little girls had nothing to do with the miscommunication, nothing to do with payment, nothing to do with contracts or phone calls and now they suffer. They missed out on the obstacle course we’ve been promoting with Bounce Blasts name. And now their program is missing $700 to buy equipment or update our cages. $700 that we will have to hold a fundraiser to make back. I did lose my cool letting them know i brought them business and I will make sure we don’t use them again, the owner called me a big baby and to grow up. His wife held her cool, i give her credit. I booked a slip slide two weeks in advance fir my grandsons birthday. I was told the delivery would be between 10:00 and 1:00 for a party that was staring at 2:00. On the day of the party my daughter reached out at 9:11 am and requested them to let us know when they would be delivering the unit. They responded back at 11:55 am letting us know they would be delivering at 2:00. At this point I called them to say the the party was starting at 2:00 and this was later then they had told us. They gave quite a few excuses one being int was pouring when it was a very light drizzle. I had mentioned canceling and they told me that if I did I would lose my deposit so I said fine but I would not be using their services in the future. They then never delivered the slide and when my daughter called at 2:00 they said I had cancelled. Their professionalism was the worst I had ever encountered and it was obvious this company does not care about its customers. They only care about the money. Very sad. They ruined a child’s birthday party. DO NOT USE...

This bounce house company was amazing from start to finish! Booking was simple, pricing was very reasonable, and they were right on time for delivery and pickup. Everything was stress-free.

The water slide we rented was incredibly clean and so much fun—the kids (and even some adults!) had an absolute blast all day. It was clearly well-maintained and sanitized, which gave us great peace of mind.

What really impressed me was the kindness of the staff. On the day of delivery, two young men went out of their way to help my friend and me set up a large, heavy tent. They didn’t have to, but they did it just to be helpful. That speaks volumes about the kind of people behind this family-run business.

They absolutely deserve a 5-star rating, and I’ll definitely be using them again....
