Today I had a terrible experience and I hope the manager that was working tonight will see this. If the store closes at 9pm does it mean the doors can be closed 15 minutes before?
If it states the store is closing at 9pm the doors should be closing at what time? 9pm correct answer.
So why when I got there at 8:45 to buy just one chicken after a day at work was the doors already shut???
I went to go grab last minute food to cook for tomorrows dinner since I have to attend a doubl.
The manager was rude. I called trying to speak to him he didn’t care what I had to say and said the store was closed. I asked the employee to please let his rude manager know I just need to buy a chicken that’s all I’ll be in and out. The manager didnt care and continued to do this to all the other customers trying to get inside before it was even 9pm!!!
This was so rude a waste of time. I drove 20 minutes and couldn’t buy what I need now I need to wake up early when I could be sleeping to go buy the one chicken I needed???? This is crazyyyy!!!
This better get fixed because this is wrong. If you want to start closing the store early then change the time on your website to 8:30 not 9 and think you can waste peoples time and close however early you want. Very...
Read moreThe produce manager Manny YELLED at me to put a mask on. He didn’t ask nicely he attacked me RIGHT away. I told him he could have just asked nicely and he has no right to talk to me like that. It was 6:30 in the morning and there was about 5 people in the store. I kept my distance from EVERYONE and I am claustrophobic so the mask is a no go for me. If I wear it I have to wear it under my nose because I physically feel like I am going to have a panic attack. You know what that’s called a medical condition, meaning I don’t have to wear a mask as long as I keep my 6 ft distance from everyone. This worked was absolutely awful and left me with tears in my eyes. I will say Brendan who worked there was very very kind and genuinely cared about how I was left feeling. Take Manny off his produce manager position and move up people that are actually...
Read moreYou gotta check out Seabra produce department. I find it to be the best in the area for many reasons. From the time you enter the store you are greeted by the beautiful colors, shapes and sizes of the various fruits and veggies, from stunning pineapples to shining tomatoes to bananas happily hanging there are so many different varieties to choose from. The prices are also great and the produce manager has been so helpful in explaining the best way to pick melons and pineapples as well as explain what certain vegetables and fruits were which encouraged me to try something new. So if you’re looking for the precious protest in town, I recommend you stopping by the Seabra food market in New Bedford. You...
