The food is excellent! The service not so much. I called ahead and showed up 25 mins after the call in. My food wasn't ready so I patiently waited. I watched 7-8 people walk in no call ahead and build their plates. I waited atleast ten minutes before getting in line to just place my order in store. The supposed manager with longer hair was very rude and told me I had to wait, there is 4 call ins orders before mine. I explained to him that he could just cancel my order and remake it like I just walked in. This mad him furious. He tried to tell me he would refund me and I didnt have to get my food if i didnt want it. I want the food that's why I'm here! He then proceeded to tell another customer that was picking up food that I would be cutting him. Is that ok with you that this guy wants to cut you" he said this to create conflict between me and the customer.. They need new management and a better system for online orders. If you haven't tried it, go for it! Well recommended, and am looking forward to working my way through all the menu items, and I hope they survive the crush this pandemic has put on so many small...
