T-Shirt Factory — Attraction in New Buffalo

Been here a few times in the past and I haven't had any issues. The ink on one of the custom shirts I had gotten a few years ago from here is starting to fade but that's to be expected. Every time we come the owners are very friendly and welcoming.

However, when I came here last I purchased a shirt for 15 dollars. I wore it a few times before I noticed that the more I washed it, the more holes were showing up in the seams and the more frayed the sleeves became. The letters on the shirt were also peeling off. I looked but there was no special instructions on how to wash it on the tag or anything. If a shirt is going to wear through that easily, either give it out for free or don't sell it at all. Wonderful experience! Bright and spacious store. Good quality materials! I really appreciate that the clothing is made to last, not flimsy. I love the selection of colors and that they have a lot of preppy and nautical designs, which is my personal style. Pick your style (tshirt, sweatshirt, zip up etc), pick your color, and pick your design. Leave with a custom creation! Amazingly quick too. Super nice and helpful owners. This is the only shirt place I was able to find for tees for the whole family that are Michigan-themed. You choose your decal and your shirt and they are printed quickly. Turned out so cute and I was able to choose a mom-style to match! Yes, some of the t-shirts in the window display are kind of trashy, but the shop itself is great and the people running it were very friendly and helpful.
