The UPS Store — Attraction in New Milford

Do not use this store. The young man that was tying to help me & my wife. Was very rude & unprofessional. He started yelling at my wife when she only was trying to question him on why she would have to charge her $2.65 for a piece of tape to close a prepaid return box. Again he was very rude! Tell her we don't tape boxes here & she would have to buy tape & tape it herself. We have been to many UPS stores & have never been told we had to pay for tape or personally have re-box or re-tape any return boxes. This store is in sorely needed customer service training & management. Or how bout this! Store needs to be shut down. Will never go...

Went here on a Saturday. They close at 3pm. I showed up at like 2:55pm to simply drop off a box. I would’ve spent maybe 30 seconds inside the store.

I’m parked maybe 10 feet from the UPS store door. I walk around my truck and open the passenger door, grab a heavy 50 pound box out of it and start walking towards the store door.

Younger kid employee makes eye contact with me, walks towards the door as I walk towards it and proceeds to lock the door in my face when I’m about two feet from the door. He then proceeds to moonwalk backwards doing a hand gesture to say they’re closed.

Awful...

Over priced on everything! Go to the post office(was 1/2 the cost)to mail packages or Fed ex! Staples for printing and everything else! Was told one price by one clerk, then charged a different price by other clerk. Didn’t matter when I questioned it. Charged me 2x when was told I would only be charged 1x. Needed more done and went to Staples. Much better and friendlier customer service and much less expensive!...
