My wife and I have given this restaurant multiple tries and each time the service and food have been sub-par. The past two times we have ordered food to go, only to arrive to our orders being incorrect or completely forgotten. Both times we both ordered their "grande burrito" and both times it was a strain to communicate our order over the phone due to the person on the other end either not knowing the menu and/or not understanding what we were saying. Both times we eventually we completed the orders and were told 15-20 minutes to pick up. Upon pickup the first time we arrived to our "grande burritos" actually being two small tacos with a salad.... the apologized for the mistake and and retook our order. Upon pickup the second time we arrived to them giving us an order that wasn't ours, then taking our order a second time and sending it back to the kitchen because it was never placed. So both times after waiting 15-20 minutes to go pick up the orders, then waiting another 15 minutes for them to correct our orders, we take our food home to eat only to find that it is cold and the burritos were falling apart like they were just quickly thrown together (Mind you we live less than 5 minutes away, so the food shouldn't be cold by then). Needless to say, this place will not be getting another chance. You might as well order Mexican food from Taco Bell because the food and service is leaps and bounds ahead of the New Milford El Coyote.
