Great park with a large space. Online application for permit was seem less. Friendly and well behaved dogs. They were responsive via email and answered within 2 hrs. Option to pay in person when you pick up the permit and tag or online but you still need to pick up the tag/key to get in. It can be returned in person or mailed back to them which is great if your schedule is packed with activities. They have 2 dog pools that you drain easily, and a fire hydrate water fountain, plus some balls, and other playgrounds for the pups. Would definitely recommend for dogs who enjoy making friends.

Follow the other reviews, WORST DOG PARK IN AMERICA. this is the most unfriendly unwelcoming dog park in The USA. Nice field 20 feet away to let your dog run and have fun, but this dog park ain't it Visitors cannot go into this, only local elites. Whats worse is the responses to the reviews from whoever runs the park of people complaining that its not realistic to expect visitors to apply and await a response for access and instructions (even if it is "same day") They arent listening to feedback or don't care. people want to just go let their dogs play Add donation qr code and donation box but this ain't it. Ive never seen a park locked down to this degree. Its outrageous. New orleans spend your resources better. This ain't it

Moved to New Orleans from Atlanta and was so pleased to find our new ‘backyard!’ Everyone is so friendly and keeps a close eye on their dogs. The grounds, including the bathrooms and dog wash stations, are always clean. I don’t know how someone can say it’s for the elite when it’s $60 for an annual pass. I do wish they offered monthly memberships for those only working in the city for a few months. However the park, the pups, and the people here are all phenomenal!

We absolutely love this park. It's a little far from uptown for us to go daily but always worth the trip. There's so much space for our 70 lb goldendoodle to sprint to his heart's content. He loves the kiddie pools to cool off in, and we love that there is a dog washing station as well as bathrooms for humans. The fee is also worth the peace of mind knowing that all the dogs in there are friendly and up to date on their shots. Can't recommend it enough!

Price is a little steep especially since there are other free dog parks. But it’s a decent place to go if you need somewhere for your dog to run around off leash and they are friendly. Lots of bald so you don’t have to bring your own and there’s a little playground and some nice hills and lots of space and a walking path. There’s also a section for little dogs. And you can also wash your dog here too.
