I just want to start off saying that I rarely write reviews, but this time is needed. I came to this venue as a hairstylist. I came to do the bride’s hair before her wedding began in the “BRIDAL SUITE.” The room was completely filthy with stuff all over the floor that we had to vacuum ourselves. A few minutes later, the bride gets a call from the manager: April. All I hear was screaming on the phone. I was in complete disbelief from the way this woman treated the bride and the bride’s mother. I had no part in wedding planning, I only showed up to give the bride the service she paid me for. But I couldn’t believe how this woman treated her customers. She stated that hair and makeup could not be done in the suite; however, that was not stated on the contract the bride signed. She threaten to call the POLICE on the BRIDE on her wedding day if we didn't leave. I am still in shock of how someone can treat another person like this on her wedding day. April took away that bride's entire experience and she was left completely distraught. After she finished yelling at the bride and her mother, I talked to one of the staff members about her behavior in which they said this is how she always treats people. She's mean, disrespectful, and rude. The staff has had their own issues with her. This entire altercation put us BEHIND in our makeup and hair schedule and the bride was rushing to finish. Ultimately, I think management needs to have her removed. As someone in the wedding industry, this kind of behavior is DISGUSTING. And I would never refer this venue to anyone. The only person I appreciated was Ms. Valeria. She was extremely kind and...

We had the wedding of our dreams at the Botanical Garden. First of all, Denise was incredible to work with. We planned our wedding fairly quickly, and Denise made the whole process as stress-free and fun as possible. We knew we were in good hands with Denise, so we could relax and enjoy both the planning and the wedding itself. We didn’t have a wedding planner and we didn’t need one because Denise always knew what to do and helped it all run smoothly. Then there was the food. It was delicious. We had a ton of choices to have our menu reflect our tastes. Most of our guests came from out of town, and the food was a wonderful variety of local specialties. Everyone working at the wedding was also kind and professional. And, of course, the setting is magical. The Botanical Garden is one of our favorite places, and it was so special to be able to share the place with our closest friends and family on our wedding day. We had an absolute ball! Thank you, Denise...

PERFECT. Our wedding was the best night of our lives, and I am so happy we were able to celebrate our reception at the Pavilion of the Two Sisters. The food was INCREDIBLE. Let me say that again, the food was incredible. When we went to the tasting, we realized what a good decision we made with this venue. City Park is stunning, and specifically the gardens around the Pavilion made for the perfect setting for our wedding reception. I can't wait to see the photos! The venue is beautiful inside and out, the food is amazing, the staff was helpful... what more could we ask for. Denise went above and beyond for us, and I couldn't be more grateful to have had her with us at our reception to make sure everything went smoothly. 10/10 100% would recommend Pavilion of the Two Sisters and Denise to celebrate your wedding! Thank you so much for making our...

A beautiful venue within the botanical garden. The location is normally only accessible via after paying for the botanical garden, however, there is a clear access point near the corner of Roosevelt Mall and Victory Ave. for special events. There are photos on Google Maps for event setups within the pavilion. There is a small garden area to the west of the pavilion that is suitable for a small wedding ceremony and a large open lawn space to the east of the pavilion. Additionally, there is a beautiful fountain with a bronze statue of the flute player in the lawn space to the east. The structure to the south of the pavilion is setup for the catering crew. Overall, this is a very good venue for medium to large size events such as weddings and fundraisers.

Wedding planner not needed when you use the Pavilion of the Two Sisters. The building & surrounding grounds are one of the most beautiful places for a truly authentic New Orleans wedding. Their staff, especially April & Shawn, are able to expertly assist in everything needed to create a magical, romantic event. Our daughter's wedding was recently held here & the Pavlion left all guest & vendors, including photographer & videographer, awestruck . Trust me, I was born, raised & living in NOLA, so I'm aware of the old & new. The Pavilion of The Two Sisters can, by far, compete with anything, old or new, the city has to offer!

We had our wedding here in May and were so happy with it. We worked with Denise who is the absolute best! The food is great, and there's tons of options to make the menu what you want. It rained a little the day of our wedding, and our ceremony moved inside. It was still stunning and the staff handled the changes flawlessly. Thank you so much!
