New Smyrna Beach Area Visitor's Bureau — Attraction in New Smyrna Beach

We stayed here for my mother's 80th birthday. We enjoyed the beaches but we were highly disappointed by how we were treated at Toni and Joes on the beach. Our friends car was towed while we were dining at the restaurant! We presented proof of being a current paying customer but we're refused restitution or apologies for the inconvenience caused to our friend. We never left the restaurant and we're there for just a little over an hour. They tried to say our friend left her car unattended but that was untrue. She had to pay $160.00 to retrieve her vehicle after we spent over $120.00 at the establishment. We will never go back and we are sharing our situation with everyone we know as well as all the review sites....

We went to plan out a trip in town given it was raining and had mainly beach plans. We were turned away because we didn't have mask. This place receives both local and state funding yet they are making people wear mask to come inside. They are not a private business given their funding and are breaking Florida law. Had an appointment to get a COPY of my N400. Was made to wait OUtSIDE with asylum seekers and other non-citizens IN THE RAIN FOR OVER AN hOUR. Then the line finally progressed to get INside. No info, no ETA for paperwork, all activities were done without regard, without care, without a shred of helpfulness or regard to human kindness. Almost hateful. Very, No HIGHLY UNPLEASANT, UNPROFESSIONAL....
