I usual find the item I am looking for. If I need assistance I could easily find a representative to assist me. I knew what I wanted today and I knew which isle it was in and there were plenty available. The cashiers were friendly and always say, "Have a nice day." They have a stack of their sales paper in the front of the store near the register which is convenient. Most of the items on sale are in the front or outside by the entrance. The people there at first aren't newbie friendly but depends on who are you seeing, they are courteous and kind, in the end, you get what you're looking for, the entrance is hidden on the side making it really difficult to find it, signs do point the way, clearly they need to redo the entrance or reduce clutter on the sopposed main entrance. Stock there are in abundance only if you're picking materials for construction, everything else, is I'd say 4 out of 5 you'll find what you're looking for, better alternative than the average hardware store.
