Please keep in mind that my in-depth review is in comparison with the other lounges of the same caliber airlines.
Out of the 3 hours I was there waiting for my flight, I was shaking my head in disbelief that this place even exists for at least 2.5 hours.
As soon as I walked out of the elevator, the environment is not welcoming at all. May be some extra lighting would help, may be not.
Went to use the restroom; it looked like a Burlington store bathroom. No joke.
Food: Other Lounges have chefs that curate menu. This place has staff that just makes whatever. The quality of food is so poor, that I’m going to go out of the lounge to eat.
Went to get breakfast, they had scrambled eggs, bagels which may have not been fresh. Chobani yogurt. Went to get coffee, their machine is broken. American Airlines lounge, has one coffee machine, and that's broken.
They have hotel style coffee that you can press and pour. Holiday inn has more and better choices for breakfast than this place.
Lunch: they have tortillas, cauliflower, taco meat. Sour cream, beans, cheese. It was Mexican for lunch at the “Admiral’s Club”. Not the good Mexican. Again coffee machine is broken. Soup was ok.
Staff members are nice, but there is something i see in other lounges that i do not see here with the staff.
I don't know if I am glad that I didn't spend $695 for the membership to get access to the "Admiral's Club" or that I spent $59 to get one time access.
Always thought American Express doesn’t have them on the list, they might be very exclusive, now i think they may have been dropped by the American Express due to the poor quality of the “lounge”. I would give 0 stars if I could. Leaving the lounge because I’d rather go eat outside and sit...
Read moreAbysmal how is this a lounge it reeked the moment I stepped in a contrast from the glimmer of potential reprieve I saw at the soho lounge to counter my American airlines lounge experiences at lga
Reeked of cleaner liquid the food is dismal I arrived for the supposed breakfast how far a joke is the intent with that is not fully shown
Breakfast consisted of some mashed cheap deli egg with pieces of potato The people here are clearly representative of the motel world I asked for sausage is that Latin I am speaking This is a large motel breakfast lounge I I asked for a soup plate for their watered oat meal the response is the plastic paper plate is the serving plate for that or as a plus ( in all seriousness attempting to offer premium) I can use the plastic cup
