Hermès — Local services in New York

If I could give zero stars for the JFK terminal 1 store, I would.

I have never been treated with such complete disrespect and arrogant disregard by Hermès. The staff were rude and dismissive.

The sales person was Max, who could not have been any more rude if he tried.

I am a regular customer at the Greenwich CT store and always recieve amazing service from that team.

Please coach your team at JFK in customer service and appreciation.

Worst customer experience!!!!! I've never written a review before, but I have to this time. I went in on Thursday March, 16 around 10:30pm and the only lady who was working there was extremely rude. I was the second customer and asked for help, she said to wait then started helping the other customers who came in later.
