I understand airport Starbucks are especially busy, but on top of the busy they were so disorganized and not helpful. I placed a mobile order and my drink was ready on time. However I waited almost 15 additional minutes for my food (egg bites!) to come out, while watching others who arrived much later than I did receive their food first, and even though I flagged it twice they did nothing to get me my order. Another woman was waiting and had been waiting 10-15 minutes longer than I and had placed her order much further in advance. They really gave our flagging of their mistake no attention and in the end I had to walk away with only a coffee and board my flight. It also seemed like they were prioritizing airport staff, which I understand, but it shouldn’t be to the degree that airline customers are seemingly pushed to the end of the line and have to walk away. I spoke to a worker, Julia, who gave me a nasty attitude after I politely asked her when my drink would be ready, since at the time I was scheduled to board in 10 minutes. I bring up the issue with what seemed to be the manager and she flat out told me she wasn't going to make.
